In the first session, participants receive a signed copy of the book and hear the story behind its creation, including personal accounts from a World War II bomber crew and the author’s father, a World War I medic. You will then have three weeks to read the book before returning for the second session, a guided discussion that deepens your understanding of both wars, their human cost, and the lasting importance of honoring veterans and preventing future global conflict.
