Music & Mindfulness

Spring 2026

Music and Mindfulness is a 10-week inclusive program designed for adults. This program blends mindfulness practices, guided relaxation, music exploration, and creative expression to promote stress reduction, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. Participants will learn and practice techniques for mindful listening, gentle musical engagement, body awareness, and artistic reflection, all in a supportive and accessible environment.
