About Summer Plus Electives

Step 1: Log-in

• If you are not already logged in, click the option to Log In or Sign Up, then enter your email and password or follow the prompts to create an account.

Step 2: Choose the correct grade

• Below click the correct grade band for your child, “3rd-5th Grade” and “6th-8th Grade”. 

Step 3: Review elective blocks

• Find the four elective “blocks” (for example, Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, Block 4) and note the times for each block so you understand your child’s daily schedule.
• Read the course descriptions so you know what is available in each block before making selections.

Step 4: Select one course per block

• For Block 1, choose one course that is listed for your child’s grade band and click to open the course page.
• Click Enroll Now of the elective you want, then enter the required Summer Plus Electives passcode when prompted and complete that enrollment step for Block 1.
• Return to the electives list and repeat the same process for Block 2, Block 3, and Block 4, always choosing one course per block in your child’s grade band.
• Confirm that you have exactly four courses selected total, with no overlapping blocks (one course in each of the four blocks). 
  • If you choose Intro to Cooking, Cooking Around the World, Cooking with 5 Ingredients or Less, or Desserts and Baking you will only have 3 Electives

Step 5: Checkout

• Go to your Cart and review your child’s selections to make sure all four blocks have one course and the grade levels are correct.
• Complete the checkout process and remember there is no cost. Check your email for a confirmation of your Summer Plus Electives choices.
