Enrollment Process

Great news! We are fully staffed and able to accept all rising students in grades 4 through 12. The waitlist feature is no longer in use, and all applicants will be enrolled directly into the program.

How to Enroll

• Click to Enroll:
  When you click to enroll in the Summer Music Academy, your child will be added to our roster. There is no longer a waitlist or waitlist message—your spot is confirmed!
• Automatic Enrollment and Payment:
  Upon enrollment, $700 will be automatically charged to your account. 
• After May 15th we can no longer accommodate a three part payment plan in the system. If you need assistance with a payment plan please reach out directly to our office at the phone number or email below. 
• Instrument and Elective Selection:
  After enrollment, we will contact you to confirm your child’s main instrument and assign elective choices based on their preferences.

This process ensures that all students have an equal opportunity to participate and allows us to organize classes and electives based on student interests and instrument distribution.

All registration must be paid in full ($700) upon enrollment after May 15th.

Registration closes on June 1, 2025.
