Using your chair as your main prop, you’ll enjoy slow, gentle movements to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body, while also improving balance and body awareness. With a focus on breathwork and mindfulness, Chair-isthenics helps you release stress, boost flexibility, and find your center—all while comfortably seated or standing with chair support.
