This playful and accessible class is perfect for all ages and abilities, whether you’re new to yoga or simply prefer a gentler practice. Using your chair as your main prop, you’ll enjoy slow, gentle movements to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body, while also improving balance and body awareness. With a focus on breathwork and mindfulness, Chair-isthenics helps you release stress, boost flexibility, and find your center—all while comfortably seated or standing with chair support. Join Alison for a fun, supportive session that brings the benefits of yoga to everyone.

Alison Pandora has enjoyed years of educating people in the practice of yoga. Her light-hearted and practical application of philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and asana allow clients to experience relaxation, clarity, and confidence.
